Naturally extracted from Stevia rebaudisiana leaves, Our stevia is a bake-stable, pH-stable natural sweetener with 200 - 300 times sucrose sweetness. Our stevia products include a unique type designed to impart higher dairy creaminess, which helps reducing the amount of dairy and sugar in the formulation. Additionally, such reduction may result in cost reduction as well, reducing as much as 5-15% raw material cost on a formulation.
